Give us some info about what exactly has happened to the data storage device and about what you might have done in order to solve the problem
The recoverd folders / files will be stored on this destination drive
For sending it back we charge 19 euro (VAT excl.) for administration, packaging and transport. After recovery, everything will be sent in one package, pickup at our lab in Ypres is free.

By confirming your request and by delivering us the defective data storage device, you agree requesting Phase I.You understand and accept that your media/data/devices have already been damaged and that one can cause additional damage while trying to recover data. Datarecuperatie BVBA cannot be held responsible for this nor for any other damage, like loss or damage during transport.
You declare to be the owner of the hard disks put at our disposal or to have the approval of the owner to get the recovery done. You understand that Datarecuperatie BVBA cannot give any guarantee whatsoever and that the Datarecuperatie BVBA’s sponsibility is limited to the amount you pay for the recovery services. You also declare to have read and understood our conditions of sale and disclaimer and privacy.
